Dwight Eisenhower warned about the military-industrial complex. Apparently, no one listened. I remember the military buying $700 toilet seats, and $40 nuts and bolts. No one in their right mind believed that those were the? actual costs. Someone was making money hand over fist (probably after bribing government employees), at taxpayer expense. The only thing that’s changed is that they’re more open about it now.

The US Police are the largest, most well armed, violent, and deadly gang in the US. They have traditional gang mentality of protect the gang from the public and law. Even police who don’t personally approve of these practices are guilty of crimes. These “good cops” refuse to turn in or expose their? fellow officers who do commit crimes. If you cover up a crime, you are committing one. Every single officer in the USA is guilty of covering up their peers crimes.
